Project Background
Yunjing Company is the first integrated forest-paper enterprise in China built in accordance with the forest-paper combination model. It currently has a 250,000 tons/year pulp production line and a 30,000 tons/year high-end household paper production line, as well as an industrial raw material forest base of 1.1 million mu. It is a leading forestry and agricultural enterprise in Yunnan Province. This project is a successful case in which Gaoda Technology helped a customer to transform the long-term instability of the DCS of the chemical plant alkali recovery system.

User benefits and project significance
● Since the commissioning and subsequent transformation of the DCS system of the customer's alkali recovery control system, there have always been many problems such as server failure to synchronize, frequent client monitoring data loss, and redundant controller failure to switch online. These problems have brought huge pressure to maintenance personnel for a long time and seriously affected the operation of the production line. After on-site investigation by Gaoda Technology, an in-depth analysis was conducted in all aspects, and a new controller was replaced and the network structure was replanned. The focus was on using the PCS7 function library independently developed by Gaoda Technology to reprogram the entire production line, which greatly improved the automation level of the production line, made the system more user-friendly, and greatly improved its stability, which received unanimous praise from customers.
