On September 18, 2015, the three-day Beijing 2015 China International Paper Technology Exhibition and Conference came to an end at the Beijing Agricultural Exhibition Center. The exhibition was jointly sponsored by the China Paper Association, the China Paper Society and the China Pulp and Paper Research Institute. The exhibition area was 13,000 square meters, and the content covered pulp and paper machinery and equipment, parts, auxiliary equipment, automation equipment and instruments; various types of commercial pulp, paper and paperboard; waste paper and waste paper utilization technology and equipment; papermaking chemicals; environmental protection and comprehensive utilization new technologies and equipment; special paper raw materials and equipment, etc.
Early autumn is the most beautiful season in Beijing. GAODA Technology, led by General Manager Han Changsheng, came to Beijing to participate in the 2015 Beijing China International Paper Technology Exhibition. As a military truck loaded with the company's products drove into the exhibition hall, colleagues participating in the exhibition worked hard and placed our exhibited products safely at the exhibition location in one day.
As a global partner of Siemens China's pulp and paper industry, our company hopes to tap the potential of Siemens products and maximize their performance to benefit my country's pulp and paper industry. We have always adhered to the concept of advanced manufacturing with automation and information technology, and under the leadership of General Manager Han, we have made service and quality the focus of our work and won unanimous praise from customers. Therefore, at this exhibition, we received many of our old customers and friends, and also made many new customers, including many foreign friends.
Our company has been committed to the automation control of the pulp and paper industry for many years and has launched many products with independent intellectual property rights. For example, dozens of rectifier units launched in 2010 have been successfully launched and are running stably on site. The M2 system composed of S120 inverters and the M3 system composed of G120 of the Siemens SINAMICS family that we use are favored by more and more customers. Among them, the M3 system has a high cost performance, and with our many years of understanding and application experience of Siemens products, the actual use effect is much higher than that of inverters of the same grade.
Our "Multi-wavelength Infrared Detection System" has just participated in the 3rd Civil-Military Integration Innovation Competition of the China Academy of Engineering Physics, and it has also attracted the attention of many customers at this exhibition. The green QCS scanner no longer requires a radiation source as before, which saves customers time, money, and workers. A customer came to our booth, and it happened that the sample paper used for testing on our QCS scanner was produced by his company. He was very surprised by the results of the on-site test, and even wanted to order a set on the spot, which made us very happy and touched.
We achieved our expected goals and also felt the pressure of the market by participating in this exhibition. Under the conditions of overcapacity and higher environmental protection requirements, the test for the papermaking industry is quite severe. Therefore, the number of exhibitors and visitors at this exhibition has shrunk seriously. However, we are also pleased to see that there are more professional visitors on site, and more customers with needs. My biggest feeling is that the pulp and papermaking business in some emerging economies such as India, Brazil, Pakistan, etc. is on the rise. At present, they pay much attention to mechanical equipment related to pulp and papermaking, and pay relatively little attention to automatic control systems. We think this is a process they must go through. First, there are equipment to produce products, and then they will pursue the yield and quality of products. Only at this time will they seek advanced automatic control to solve this series of problems.
