GAODA Technology successfully completed its restructuring, and the sales of automation equipment for the pulp and paper industry are promising: Sichuan GAODA Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly a subsidiary of the China Academy of Engineering Physics. In accordance with the relevant national policies on military-civilian integration, the company was restructured and publicly listed on the Chongqing United Property Exchange. It introduced new strategic investors as controlling shareholders, and the entire restructuring has been successfully completed.

The restructured Sichuan Gaoda Technology Co., Ltd. is a typical mixed-ownership enterprise, which is jointly formed by strategic investors, Mianyang Jiusheng Investment (local state-owned assets), China Academy of Engineering Physics Computer Research Institute (central enterprise military assets) and employee shares. The new management team is composed of Huang Shiyong, Hu Debing, Yang Yun, Ren Kunbiao, Ren Xiaoxiong, Liao Xianbin and Xiao Yun.

From January to April this year, GAODA Technology's sales situation was encouraging, with sales volume increasing by 50% over the same period last year. The construction of the sales team and technical team has entered a new level.
