A few days ago, when we walked into the production workshop of Kangsen Special Paper Co., Ltd. in Hezhou City, Guangxi, we saw that the workshop was bright and tidy. The project adopted DCS, QCS, steam condensate and other system control technologies of Sichuan GAODA Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as GAODA Technology Co., Ltd.), and used sensors to monitor in real time and "command" the entire production equipment process on the special automated papermaking line and control various indicators of the paper production process, so that rolls of clean special paper were successfully produced and rolled off the line amid the rumbling sound of machines, which created a new "song" for papermaking in the Yao Township of Guangxi!

Basic process parameters of this project:

Guangxi Kangsen Special Paper Industry mainly produces high-end color card paper and white card paper, gray board paper and other products for packaging in this project. Because there is water vapor on the surface of the paper in some seasons, the dust level in the on-site environment is relatively high, and the paper may contain sand, etc.; plus the production process has high vehicle speed, large output, a wide range of paper weights, and high precision requirements for quantitative moisture measurement and control, the production process automation equipment control system and the software and hardware technology requirements for the steam condensate and production quality control system are relatively high.

GAODA Technology has been deeply engaged in the field of automation equipment control system technology and practical applications in the papermaking industry for more than 30 years. It has many successful typical cases serving the special pulp and papermaking industry, which impressed the owner, Kangsen Special Paper Company, and then adopted GAODA Technology's discrete DCS, QCS quality control, steam condensate and other control system technologies in this project.

According to Mr. Wang from GAODA Technology who participated in the commissioning of the project, under tight time and urgent tasks, he not only worked overtime to guide the installation of the GAODA control equipment, but also cooperated with the owner's other control equipment manufacturers to connect the signal parameters of many different standard equipment and instrument manufacturers on the line with the GAODA Technology DCS, QCS, steam condensate and other system control signals, and then conducted a careful data verification and comparison with the automatic control simulation production system before leaving the factory.

After active cooperation with the owner and many equipment manufacturers, and after the completion of segmented debugging, the automated production of the entire special paper production line equipment was finally achieved, thus completing the debugging task of the project and meeting the contract progress requirements signed between the owner and GAODA.
