> Hanzhong Shimen Hazardous Waste Centralized Disposal Center Capacity Expansion and Reconstruction (EPC) General Contracting Project" was invested and constructed by Hanzhong Shimen Hazardous Waste Centralized Disposal Center. The project built a main hazardous waste incineration device using rotary kiln incineration technology (daily processing capacity of 50 tons, processing volume of 17,000 t/a). The project was general contracted by Xinzhongtian Engineering Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., and our company completed the general electrical subcontracting of electrical automatic control system equipment (instruments, DCS, SIS, industrial televisions, cables, bridges, auxiliary materials, construction).

Project Highlights

● DCS controller uses Siemens AS400 redundant controller + ET200SP HF high-performance distributed control station
● SIS system uses the new Siemens 410E redundant controller + ET200M F fail-safe module, IO full redundancy + armored terminal board (MTA)
● DCS&SIS system adopts unified platform operation, which facilitates production operation and maintenance
● Provide general electrical installation of industrial televisions and instruments, and provide a comprehensive electrical automation solution for project construction.
