Project Background
> Jingjin Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive environmental protection service provider integrating complete set filtration equipment manufacturing, overall solution of filtration technology, general contracting and operation of environmental protection projects. It is the vice president unit of China Environmental Protection Industry Association and the main drafter of the national standard for filter presses. Its products are exported to 123 countries and regions.
> This project is a general contracting project for two sludge projects of Yueyang Forestry and Paper Co., Ltd. of Jingjin Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. in which Gaoda Technology participated. Gaoda Technology is responsible for the DCS work of the two projects.

Project Highlights
● This project is the first to fully integrate up to 12 filter presses into the DCS system. Instead of traditional communication with each filter press PLC, all program controls are completed using a function library independently developed by Gaoda. The maintainability and advancement of the program are ahead of the traditional PLC model.
● In the filter press industry, DCS mode control was fully adopted for the first time, which greatly reduced the number of on-site operators and the difficulty of inspection. The control room truly realized centralized control and unified scheduling. The highly intelligent filter press sludge treatment production line has become a control model project in the industry.
