User benefits and project significance
● This project is a transformation project. The customer previously adopted an on-site PLC control solution. According to the customer's needs, we provided a complete set of fully automated DCS solutions, and reprogrammed the single PLC control of the original on-site imported equipment to DCS mode. We adopted the advanced Gaoda technology industry function library and Siemens PCS7 platform. After the transformation, the number of operating and maintenance personnel of the production line was greatly reduced, and the production capacity was significantly improved.
