ZNNX-2100 is an intelligent rotary concentration sensor with an embedded system, industrial standard 4~20mA and RS-422 output, and can be calibrated on a control box or computer.

ZNNX-2100 rotary concentration sensor has incomparable advantages over other forms of concentration sensors:

◆ Insensitive to pulp flow rate, air, pressure and vibration.

◆ Insensitive to changes in pulp composition, freeness, filler, black liquor content, etc.

◆ The installation location is not restricted. It can be installed almost anywhere in the process pipeline to obtain high-precision measurements, simplify the pipeline system and reduce installation costs.

◆ There is no slurry hanging phenomenon like ordinary thick adjustment, so frequent calibration is not required.

◆ Since it can be installed at the outlet of the pump, the closed-loop time from measurement to control is shortened and the real-time performance of control is improved.
