DFS 0464-MT is a 64-channel miniature pressure scanner valve that can be installed in any position. The pressure sensor can be tightly coupled with the pressure source to be measured.
DFS 0464-MT contains 64 independent silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors, one for each of the 64 pressure ports. All 64 pressure sensors share the same reference port. It integrates all the electronics for the A/D conversion process and the processor for the operation control. The main instructions are compatible with the MPS4264 pressure scanner.
