Profinet network interface module is a distributed slave network interface module based on Profinet protocol. It can be used with Siemens master CPU (300 series, 400 series, 1200 series, 1500 series) with ProfiNet communication and other CPU master stations based on ProfiNet protocol organized by PI to form a master-slave combination. It can be used by downloading GSD files in the development software, and the application configuration method is fully compatible with the original software series products. It is widely used in distributed process control systems such as PLC and DCS; it has a high cost performance.
