The remote control unit RTU product is an important component of realizing unattended intelligent control, M2M and other IoT applications. It has a high-bandwidth data transmission channel, which can transmit more measurement data, diagnostic data, edge computing data, etc. of unmanned sites back to the control center through WIFI+optical fiber communication and 4G communication, and accept remote control instructions from the control center to realize remote unattended site measurement and control. It is widely used in unattended environments with high discreteness, such as oil production, river data collection, water measurement and control, and smart farms.

◆ High-bandwidth and high-speed data transmission, with a transmission speed of up to 10-300M/s, can transmit more field data in real time and efficiently, can transmit equipment information, sensor calibration parameters, diagnostic information, fault information, remote program download and upgrade, and access more edge data to achieve comprehensive intelligent management and control of all field information.
◆ Compatible with ZigBee and WIFI at the same time. WIFI provides 2.4g/5G communication frequency band, with a coverage radius of up to 150m, supports multi-device AP wireless networking, and supports 4G wireless communication.
◆ Each device is assigned an independent IP in the network, and all devices can be accessed from any node location in the wired and wireless network, which is fast and efficient.
◆ Intelligent RTU has stronger computing and storage capabilities, and can realize edge computing and big data processing, 800MHz main frequency, RAM256MB, FALSH512MB.
◆ Large storage capacity enables at least 30 days of offline data storage, ensuring that operating data is not lost when the main network is offline, and that equipment operating information and fault information can be traced back.
◆ Intelligent RTU has autonomous operation control function. When the main network is offline, it ensures the normal operation of the equipment through edge computing and saves all operation information. After the main network is unblocked, it automatically connects to the network and accepts control instructions from the control center.
◆ It can realize remote debugging, remote parameter change and setting of equipment; on-site wireless connection debugging, support wireless handheld terminal equipment operation and maintenance, parameter reading; remote restart of equipment.
◆ Intelligent RTU supports any third-party Modbus RTU device, connected to the RS485 interface communication, and data communication can be established through simple parameter configuration of the debugging software without secondary programming.
