DFS 0664-MT is a 64-channel miniature pressure scanner valve that can be installed in any position. The pressure sensor can be tightly coupled with the pressure source to be measured.
DFS 0664-MT contains 64 independent silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors, one for one with 64 pressure ports, all 64 pressure sensors share the same reference terminal, and integrates all the electronic equipment for A/D conversion process and the processor for operation control. The main instructions are compatible with MPS4264 pressure scanner.
