IP8081/IP8181 intelligent electric valve positioner is an intelligent two-wire field instrument. It is a high-performance electric valve positioner based on microprocessor technology. It can overcome friction and unbalanced force on the valve core, improve the response speed of the regulating valve, and make it position quickly and accurately. It has the functions of changing the control type, setting the split-range control, setting the tight closing function, changing the valve travel distance, adjusting the packing friction coefficient, setting the valve type and 4-20mA valve position feedback. It is used in conjunction with the traditional mechanical electric valve positioner, making the installation and commissioning of the valve positioner more convenient, the maintenance cost lower, and the control accuracy higher.
